This was Rudy's team at our first house. Roy had a fema trailer next to the house- but is now living in Texas and getting his medical help there. Roy told us that he received 14 feet of water and that boats were floating over his house.
We were able to install all of his electrical outlets and then install a toilet and deliver a hot water heater. We finished our work after a day and a half and moved on to Jonnhy's House.
